Homo Excelsus · before you apply

What is behind the door.

You want to know what you are working for before you spend two hours on an exam. Fair. Here is what we will tell you, and here is what we will not.

What a month inside looks like

One meeting a month. It is not optional. Someone presents what they spent weeks on: a business project, a philosophy text, a critique, a piece of research. Members can debate it. Someone shows what they built since last time and takes the questions they did not want. Between meetings, the room stays open: people read, share what they are making, and answer each other. Nobody performs. There is no audience, no likes and no followers inside.

After AI

Everyone is preparing for AI. We are preparing for what comes after. People are letting go of skills right now: remembering, writing in their own words, reading something long, holding an argument, deciding without asking a machine. Soon those skills will be rare, and rare things become valuable. We keep them, we train them, and we use AI on top of them. Not instead of them.

The challenges

Every few weeks there is a hard one. Make $2,000 in two weeks with a new project or a skill you do not have yet. Ship something in seven days that someone pays for. Read a difficult book in a week and defend it in front of the room. You are not forced to take one. People who never take one do not last. The point of this place is to find your limit and push past it.

Working together

Collaborations between members happen when two people decide they move faster together. They are optional, they are theirs, and nobody assigns them.

No leaders. No followers.

Nobody inside will tell you what to do. Not Imene, not the Board, not a senior member. If you are waiting for instructions, this is the wrong door.

The levels and the Board exist for two things only: to reward seniority and to make administrative decisions. They do not run the day to day, and they do not decide what you post or what you build. Every member has a voice, and the big decisions are put to a vote of all members.

The secret

There are things we will do inside that nobody outside will ever know about. This paragraph is intentionally empty.

What you get

People who think, who build, and who will tell you the truth about your work. A place where a great goal is not laughed at. The question we ask every month: how far have you come, what do you need next, and are your principles intact. Levels you can rise through, up to the Board, earned only by what you give.

What you give

Every meeting. One real contribution a month, minimum. Your help when a member asks for it. An NDA: nothing inside leaves the room, ever. Three missed obligations and you are out, with no second entry.

What this is not

It is not a network to sell to. It is not a course. It is not content. There is nothing to watch. If you want to watch, stay outside: there is plenty to watch there.

Why we will not tell you more

Not because what is inside is spectacular. Because it belongs to the people who earned it. The exam is the first thing we ask of you. If it is too much, so is the rest.

One honest warning

Some people will pass the exam, come in, see what we do, and go quiet. They will lose their place within three months. If you are here for the secret and not for the work, save yourself the two hours.
